Matt Braunger

Matt Braunger was raised in Portland, Oregon. An actor since childhood, Matt studied theatre in New York and improvisation in Chicago under such luminaries as Susan Messing and Del Close. He was a founding member of the seminal improv group The Seaning. It was in Chicago that Matt became a full-fledged stand-up comedian as well, performing in both the 2001 and 2002 Chicago Comedy Festivals. He is currently a regular performer at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in Los Angeles.

Matt has been featured at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal 2007, The Las Vegas Comedy Festival 2007, South By Southwest, and most recently won "Best Of The Fest" at the inaugural Rooftop Comedy Festival in Aspen. He has played every major comedy stage in town, from The Improv to Comedy Death Ray and beyond. His television credits include Pushing Daisies, Carpoolers, iCarly, Acceptable TV, as well as a number of commercials. Currently, you can see Matt as a new series regular on FOX's MADtv.
